석사과정 이종일 대학원생이 2017년 9월 7일부터 12일까지 미국 하와이에서 The Institute of Industrial Applications Engineers (IIAE) 가 주관한 The 5th IIAE International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Image Processing 2017에 참가하여 “Contact Position Estimation of Image-based Areal Touch Sensor using Artificial Neural Network” 주제로 논문의 제1저자로서 발표를 하였고 연구의 우수성을 인정받아 “Best Student Paper Award”를 수상하였다.

 본 논문은 일상생활에 적용가능한 영상기반 소프트 터치 센서를 개발하여 이의 효용성을 검증한 논문이다.
